Commissions are for personal use only.

You reserve the right of setting a deadline. Thus, the deadline must be disclosed prior to payment for the commission.

You can contact me for status updates at any time of day!

Providing references would be greatly appreciated!

After one (1) month from delivery, all commissions may be deleted from my folder. Please ensure you keep a secure copy of your files once the downloads are accessible.

Complex work, client requests, or communication delays might prolong the project timeline.

Do check and confirm the sketch within 24 hours upon receiving it. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, I will proceed to complete the piece without further confirmation.

If a specific outcome is needed, please do ensure that detailed references and instructions are prepared beforehand together with your commission request, prior to making any payment.

If the references are limited or the form is filled briefly, any unspecified details will be designed at my discretion.

Upon submitting any artwork (to be used within the project), please ensure its originality and that you have the right to use or modify it.

Completion of commission may take 2-4 weeks depending on the piece.

My work speed may vary depending on my health and availability.

I will only accept commissions on which I am comfortable working. This may vary from what the client is looking for.

I reserve the right to decline commissions if it's beyond my capabilities / expertise.

I reserve the right to decline a project if the allotted time frame is too short.

I retain all rights over my work, including the right to upload any work together with its progress on my portfolio / social media, unless requested otherwise by the client.

Upon completion, commissions will be delivered in the agreed-upon format: PNG / PSD.

Do not claim my work as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits must be given directly to my socials, @syviore

You're NOT allowed to use my works for commercial purposes nor use it for NFTs or AI training.

The client is NOT permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or alter any of my designs / art.

All prices are listed in USD. All payment will be made through Paypal or Ko-Fi.

Do not submit any payment until i have confirmed acceptance of your commission.

Based Prices serve as an initial guideline. Once I've reviewed your references and requests, I will provide a final price.

Price may change due to complexity of design.

Payment must be done half or upfront once I provide you a (WIP) sketch. After client's confirmation / approval of the sketch and upon receiving the payment, I'll proceed with the rendering process. This process is in place to protect both parties from potential scams.

STRICTLY no cancellations and refunds once I start rendering.

Minor revisions will not be charged. Major revisions, on the contrary, will be charged.
